Some time ago we entered the era of total unprofessionalism. Now anyone can be a driver. And also an HR specialist, a PR specialist, a programmer, and so on down the list. To do this, you no longer need to have any inclinations or abilities, it is enough to take a 3-month course.

Sometimes even this is not necessary. Take, for example, nannies, couriers or English tutors 😉

“Over the past 2 months, I have come across poor quality services many times more often. What is going on? The contractor for the site worked very slowly, missing all deadlines and sending obvious mistakes for “look at”, and then completely disappeared. “I’m going on creative leave, and there are no other managers available in our studio, so finish it yourself.” The PR consultant worked for some time, then when there were mistakes incompatible with common sense, she also disappeared: “I have another project, bye-bye.” At the car wash, they started wiping the car poorly – you leave with a wet car. And even the master who fixed the magnetic door in the hall of the floor did it for a week. The door broke again, 4 days later.

It’s already scary to travel on public transport, go to the doctor, or send the child to kindergarten or school. Watching how young people get “gray hair” early from communicating with poor managers.

On the other hand, maybe this mastery is not needed? Will it do? But we have uberization, it is very fashionable and modern!

As Bulgakov very accurately wrote, speaking about the Master: “How to defeat the masters? Do not notice the masters – and they will die out themselves.”
